Jonathan was great! He was able to completely fix a ceiling fan issue we were having, explained step by step what he was doing and what he had found, and very quickly made the repair! He went above and beyond. Friendly, thorough and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!!!

We have an older home that was quickly/poorly flipped by the seller. The outlets on a side of our dining room wall (aluminum wired) were burned and malfunctioned. Jonathan was very prompt with the diagnosis and quick to troubleshoot. He even cleaned up the kitchen after breaking down the steps he took to fix the issues. He was very knowledgeable of this process and even ensured the rest of our dining and living area outlets were good to go. We will definitely be following up and calling for his service and support moving forward as we anticipate more problems with our home's outlets. This was hands-down one of the best service calls we have had! Jonathan was incredibly friendly and professional. He fixed all the issues we had with our ceiling fans quickly and carefully. Then he explained everything he did thoroughly. He really made this experience stand out. In fact, I had him give me estimates on more projects while he was here. One thing in particular that stood out about Jonathan was how highly he spoke about the company he worked for. You just don't see that these days. I was really impressed all the way around.
