My little sisters went to Dr Wayne when they were little and now I’ve taken my daughter there since she was born. Dr Wayne is super sweet very professional and I have referred him to many others. Staff is sweet and professional. The office is always clean and quiet. Never had issues with appointments, insurance, etc. I can always call for questions and a nurse is almost always available to talk to or they call back promptly when available. I never have to wait any longer than 10 minutes when I check in for my appointment. Never have I seen the lobby crowded or dirty. I’m so happy with my daughters pediatrician. Dr Wayne only tells you what you need to hear. He’s more of a if he sees no issues he won’t take much of your time but he will answer any questions you have and hand you a packet for your kids age on everything you need to know. I personally love that. I see people wrote it’s because he doesn’t care which is not true he’s just not one to talk a lot unless it’s necessary to explain to the parent(s) what his concerns are if any or what steps need to be done for the stage the child is in. He’s sweet and they’re there for you whenever you need them!
We have been taking our daughter to Dr. Wayne for almost five years now. We love his down to earth, easy going approach to pediatrics, and our daughter absolutely adores him! He is fantastic with the kiddos and makes them feel right at home. He also answers all of our questions and really helped calm our nerves with a lot of the medical things we've encountered for the first time as first time parents. His staff is great too, and we've never waited more than just a few minutes in the waiting room.
Fair warning, there is a $25 no show fee that will apply if you miss an appointment without calling beforehand to reschedule. I "oopsed" and had that occur, but it is understandable as you filled a slot another family could have taken, and the no show fee is pretty standard across the industry.
I dont like to do reviews of bad experiences, but good experiences are worth noting. Staff and Dr. Wayne are great, and very professional. We are blessed to find Dr. Wayne, moving to a new city not sure who will be your child's pediatrician can be very stressful, but thankful, God led us to Dr. Wayne, he takes care of his patients/client as family, not a number for the day, having the comfort / assurance in your heart that if anything ever goes wrong with our child, he got our back is the most fullfilling feeling to have as a parent, of course we pray for good health. If you are looking for pediatrician, you will not regret giving Dr. Wayne and his staff a chance to take care of you children.
We have been going to Dr. Mark Wayne since 2009 when our first child was born. He is an amazing and very caring doctor. We have a new baby and this will be her doctor too. He has saved us from unnecessary procedures that the doctors in the hospital recommended when our daughter was just born. Our child is healthy and I am glad that Dr. Wayne helped us with all of the unnecessary worries that others who just were looking for money placed on us. When our daughters are sick his office always finds an appointment for us. Their office is super clean and organized. Their staff is very caring.
