Great folks. I needed some professional advice a while back when I was buying a property in Jhonson county , they took some of their time to hear me out and answer all of my questions. ( This was a fee years ago )

My neighbor's property became available to purchase, but the owner didn't want to go through a realtor because he wanted to sell it directly to me and my wife.
Having never purchased property directly, we thought it would be wise to go through a real Estate Attorney.
