I loved his staff. Very friendly, informative, upbeat and attentive! What really made Dr. Andrews office stand out today is that I was given options to correct my smile. 2 of which I wasn’t even aware that they were available as options! I’ve been to several dentists in the Mansfield/Arlington area and his office has by far beat the others just because of the EXCELLENT customer service! 5STARS!

My new marriage brought me from Savannah, GA to Mansfield, TX a little over seven years ago. I began looking for new medical and dental care providers and my husband encouraged me to visit Dr. Jessie Andrews – his dental care provider. I’m so glad that I did as the service is wonderful and the office hours are great.

Dr. Andrews and his staff always make us feel very comfortable and at ease throughout any process or procedure we've experienced. They are extremely patient during treatment plan discussions and very thorough with the details. We also love that our five-year old son is not afraid during his visits as the sound from dental tools can be a very scary thing - even for some adults. The staff takes time to explain to him what they are going to do before they begin a procedure and they even introduce the dental instruments to him in a way that makes him relax. We love that their customer service style feels more personal and family-oriented and that they do not simply treat us as if we're just 'business'. We highly recommend him to any family in need of great dental care and service.
