(October 16, 2019, 2:59 pm)ABSOLUTELY the BEST gym for anything from karate, jiu-jitsu, boxing, kickboxing, personal training... you name it! Newly renovated and it looks incredible. Free trials are available. The staff is knowledgeable and certified. They are family-owned so extremely family family friendly.

(June 4, 2019, 8:36 am)We tried out a couple places before coming here, and it’s nothing like it. My boys and I have been members ever since. It’s truly a family environment. My oldest is autistic and he is never left behind, and he genuinely enjoys coming. We love it here.
