Thank you Kaleigh for our tour. You were very friendly and professional. I love the layout of the unit, updated appliances, and location of the complex. The apartments are extremely affordable especially for the area.

I have lived here for 6 weeks and it is a wonderful complex. The management team is very friendly and helpful. They always answer my phone calls and email when I have a question. Any maintenance requests have been taken care of in a timely manner. The property is well kept and it is so quiet here. I’m so glad I moved to Atlantic Mansfield. I love my new home!

I’m planning to relocate from California to Texas to be near family! I had inquired here not realizing that an apartment is not the proper environment for me! However, I have to say that the only reason I’d consider renting here is because of an individual that I had the pleasure speaking with! Mikkena Bonselaar is extremely professional, courteous, polite, & overall informative!! I have to commend her for being an amazing listener! She took notes as to what my specific needs were & addressed them accordingly! She took the time to hear me & not once did I feel rushed into making any decision. She did follow up with me to make sure that I knew she was available to assist me!! Kudos to Mikkena…She gets my five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
