Travis & his crew are fantastic! He’s kind and genuine. I have a 1920 house and have requested unique installations: putting the kitchen faucet back in the wall (period appropriate), fixing all the pipes when the drywall was down bringing it to quality, and installing a Japanese Toto bidet. I’ll certainly continue to use Travis & Bowtie on my next unique project in the near future and refer him to friends and family!

Travis and his team are excellent! They will be my plumber to call from now on. They were recommended by a friend and exceeded my expectations. I had them install a tankless water heater to replace the 23 year old tank water heater in the house I bought. Cheaper than some and much better impression than all when quoting.

Having purchased a 45 yo home, we've had several plumbing issues to deal with over the last 18 months. Travis and his team have always done amazing work at reasonable prices. They are responsive, prompt, professional and just all around great people who take pride in their work and don't gouge you or tell you something that isn't true just to make a few extra bucks. Today, I needed a water heater replaced quickly. I called around 7:30am and spoke with Travis who got me on the schedule for today and told me Bobby would be out to help between 10:00am and 12:00 noon. Bobby arrived right at 10:00am, quickly assessed the situation, proposed solution options, and patiently answered my many questions. Bobby had a new water heater installed and running before 2:00pm. He also gave excellent instructions about how to maintain it going forward. Thank you Bow Tie team for the tremendous service!

I really appreciated the professionalism and competence of Travis and his team. I found them via Angi. Travis called me in the morning, confirmed what was going on with my tankless system. He arrived to do the free estimate and had the equipment and parts on the truck to do the job. The original plumber who installed the unit did not put in the proper clean out valves. Travis built those out, flushed the scale and sediment from the system, and cleaned up, all within 4 hours. I highly recommend supporting this locally owned, very professional plumber.
