Dr. Spaulding is an absolute ANIMAL! He was on it from the jump to be as accommodating as possible to meet me and fix me. I was referred to him and was not disappointed. Even post visit still engaging with the progress. I appreciate the help man!

Everybody at Palmercare is so great. Mel and Mike are such great people, and Dr. Witherspoon has given me fantastic care. I feel so much better than I did when I first came here. I'm going to miss them when I move!

I just had my last visit before I move, and I wanted to recap the last 7 months of care I've received. They started with a set of x-rays, then a review of the x-rays and a plan of care to help improve the health of my spine through manipulation and exercise. I've never had this level of care from a chiropractor. It's always been "come in, get cracked, leave". That's not what Palmercare does. They have a wellness plan that consists of warmup exercises, a discussion of how you're feeling and if you have any new issues, manipulation, and strengthening exercises. This carries over into your daily routine, not just on the days you're in the office. They have given me a routine I can do daily to continue to improve my flexibility and mobility and strength.

Dr. Witherspoon listens to me more than any doctor I've ever had - he (and everybody there) is truly focused on wellness and helping your body heal itself. We started with twice a week visits, then eventually decreasing to once a week, then once every two weeks. I have three vertebrae in my neck that have been fused, so Dr. Witherspoon tailored my care to ensure that my neck received attention to increase my range of motion in a safe way. On every visit, he meticulously tracked what he did and how I was progressing, and now six months later I feel better than I have in many years, and have greater range of motion without pain than I've had since my surgery 17 years ago.

Once Dr. Witherspoon found out I was moving, he gave me specific criteria to look for in finding a new chiropractor at my new home and provided a copy my original x-rays as a starting point. Dr. Spaulding did a search to see who is in the area I am moving to, and gave me a couple of places to start with, and I will apply the criteria Dr. Witherspoon provided to find the right practice for my continued care.

It's going to be very hard to find a practice as dedicated to their patients as Palmercare in Mansfield. If you have them, you are very fortunate. I am so grateful for the care I've received from them. It's truly life-changing!

I started my journey to wellness about a month ago and the results have been amazing! I have gained increased range of motion and the pain has just melted away.
