(May 20, 2021, 12:52 am)When we moved in, things were not very good for us. Chris a longtime resident and maintenance man took care to ensure we were in good hands. The new owners raised lot rent multiple times and not much improved. However Janice was a needed improvement in the office, she has always been responsive. Chris has always been reliable and dependable to get things fixed and followed up on. They have kept up even with a non responsive ownership group.
(May 19, 2021, 2:01 pm)Maintenance in any mobile community is priceless.. Since moving here to Thousand Oaks all of our needs and repairs have been addressed in a timely and professional manner. Seeing I’m a home owner Chris Willis has always found a way to get the job done and keep the repair within our budget. His knowledge of these mobile home communities amazes me. Keep doing what you do Chris we all appreciate your dedication and work ethic !!

Chris Willis the maintenance man is AWESOME and works so hard to keep our park beautiful! Keep up the great work guys! Y'all are truly appreciated! Thank you for everything you do for our community!
