I don't move often, and Dareius Ross made my process smooth. His communication is consistent, and he did everything he said he would do, down to getting me connected with a Spectrum rep and getting my services switched. From the moment I walked into the office a week later, I walked out with my keys and I feel Really good about my decision to relocate to the Landing.

Mr. Darius Ross was an outstanding Leasing Agent. He was so helpful throughout the beginning and ending of application process. He made it real comfortable and relaxing as I waited to become a new Tenenat at the Landing at Mansfield. I Already love it here.

My first experience with the Apartment Complex was PERFECT!
Darrius, was friendly, outgoing, welcoming, always upbeat and positive throughout the process. Literally, ever interaction was POSITIVE. The community was as welcoming as I toured the Property. Overall, If you’re looking to relocate this is the place for you. Make sure to ask for Darrius, because he is the BEST!!!!

We had a wonderful experience with the leasing office. We spoke with Dareius and he made the whole process extremely easy. He also had exceptional customer service and made us feel like a priority every step of the way. The complex is very clean with great amenities. Overall, everybody in the office was great!

The three years I have been at this apartment has been a great experience. I moved here from Iowa, and this was my first choice. These are very clean and modern apartments. I’ve grown to love the wooden floor that I tend to wax often I chose to stay because of the treatment that I have received here. The staff have been very helpful and professional and during my stay, and have installed upgrades to ensure my security in the most helpful way also, their maintenance team have been very prompt and professional when handling service request if there is one word that you would ask me to give about the Landing @Mansfield the word would be “safe” they have worked with me through financial difficulties, and I spent my time here during Covid which to say the least, they handled in a very professional manner I would recommend these apartments to anyone that lives in Mansfield and any surrounding area the next step from here is a house, but I guarantee you if you make this place your first choice you won’t regret it : ps. I would love to show you pictures of my wonderful apartment. However, I am a very private person.😏

Missed the mail back date for my rented textbooks by a few days. They could have just refused to help but instead the operations manager, Juan, went above and beyond to help me. Really great people all around!
