Mitchell King is Awesome!!!! I closed multiple accounts with BoA and transferred all to EECU. Mitchell not only opened multiple accounts for me, he took the time to get the mobile side squared away for me as well. The guy is a cross between the Apostle Paul & Superman.

We could not have asked for an easier transaction! We called ahead to see if EECU would be able to refinance an auto. By the time we arrived, the bulk of the "paperwork" (most all on computer now) was already prepared. A few signatures later and everything was complete. Previous loan was paid off and transferred over in less than a week. Nice to do business with and unlike some of the larger banks, we were able to conduct business in person using all the current CDC precautions.

Opened a new account today, it was quick and super easy. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. I waited less than 5 minutes and was offered water when I sat in the waiting area. Very happy with my first visit here!
