“Dr. Butler is the best when it comes to the pain you are in. From the check in to the end of the visit, the entire staff is courteous and considerate at all times. The wait time is not that bad considering that each patient has different issues. Brittney , his medical assistant is a great asset to this office. Not only is it gym access but they even provide workout splits and even nutrition programs to really make sure people are set up for success. Zack is an awesome guy and his passion to help veterans is amazing. “I would highly recommend Dr. Hayes! My dad is a dentist but I wasn’t able to wait, he’s really picky, rightfully so, & found Dr. Hayes to help me with my extraction. Some general dentists won’t do extractions at all & require you to go to an oral surgeon, which is hundreds of dollars more (although depending on the tooth it may be necessary). The shots didn’t hurt, then after some pressure he asked me if I was ready for it to come out & I said “yes” & he said it’s already out… that’s a great dentist! I had never heard of a bone graph & he did that & so no gaping hole, it was obvious he knew what he was doing. Very professional, polite, knowledgeable, & the staff were amazing helping me get my insurance info verified, appointment quickly since I was in so much pain, & really friendly. I truly feel blessed that I found him!!”

“This location is always immaculate upon entry. They are upfront with cost and offer excellent payment plans. The front desk staff are always kind and helpful. My daughter has had more then 10 appointments and had never complained of the orthodontic staff. Appointments can be made and canceled via text and they have a wonderful system set up for reminders. Dr Swapp also understands how important it is to connect with his patients and to keep them involved and excited about maintaining their braces and oral hygiene. There is a reward system that involves tokens and he always has fun games and prizes via social media. Dr Swapp has come highly recommended by so many friends and other professionals and I add my recommendation to theirs.”
