“I arrived at Pep Boys close to closing time thinking I would have to make an appointment and go back another day because the online appointment I made had somehow been cancelled. The greeting I received was friendly. After checking his system, the person at the desk told me they would take care of me. They opened a bay that had already been closed and got right to work on my brake job and finished 30 minutes after closing time. I often say that good customer service has one foot in the grave and the other one on a banana peel. Not at Pep Boys Mansfield! They took good care of me.”

“Great little stop just off downtown Mansfield for Soup, Salad and Sandwiches. Plenty of delicious dessert and coffee options also. A variety of relaxing seating options inside but don’t miss just hanging out on the well shaded spacious front porch. Loved the BLT and garden side salad but will be back to try their other offerings. Daughter had the Prime panini and a jalapeño soup. Sat near the kitchen exit and was amazed at the size and presentation of the food coming out. Obviously, made with love. 9/30 update. Came back snd had the Chicken Salad Sandwich with a side of Tomato Basil soup. Another delicious experience. Soups was well puréed and seasoned perfectly. Had a lite bite of spice and acidity, could sip on this all afternoon. Sandwich was the usual ‘made fresh’ I have come to expect from MaryLou’s. Beautiful time of year to take in the front porch seating.”

“Celebrated my daughter’s second birthday today (1/15/2022)! The owners are super nice and very accommodating! I did the 16 kid party that comes with pizza for all of the kids. I was able to use the large room that has the play area, bounce houses (2), arcade games, and even a speaker for music. There is a restroom and a tiny kitchen too. And they have tables and chairs in case you need more for your event. Overall, my family and friends had a great time at this venue & I would highly recommend it. Definitely a great space for kid Birthday parties! And affordable too.”

“If I could give 10 stars--I would!!!! I was searching for a place to replace my brakes on my Cadillac and Mansfield Pit Stop came up first. I called yesterday evening and was given 2 quotes: one with rotors and one for just brakes. The price quote was over $100 dollars less than any other local (big name) auto shops. I was satisfied with the price and told the young man on the phone that I would be there at 8am to drop off the car. The mechanic called me back about an hour later and let me know that the shop doesn't open until 830 but he will come in early for me. How sweet!! I told him there was no need to do that for me and I would be there at 830. Well 830 this morning, he was there and was waiting for me, he even called in the morning to make sure I knew where the shop was. This is some of the best customer service I have ever had! I talked to the mechanic (Miguel) two additional times to ensure that I knew what the issue was and the total costs for my repairs. I WILL be returning to Mansfield Pit Stop for all of my future auto needs!!!”
