Brittany and Nick respond quickly and make me feel right at home.
Management and customer service at this apartment complex care deeply that the residents are happy. When there is a problem, they address it immediately and with a smile. I'm very happy with their resident selection process as well. The residents here obey the rules, are quiet, and mind their own business. I am lucky to have found this apartment.

I’ve been a resident at The Hudson, formerly Shadow Creek Apartments for a little over a year. The area is great, close to restaurants, grocery stores, parks, very safe neighborhood to walk in, I’ve seen people out at 5:30 am walking and after dark and haven’t heard of any issues.
What I appreciate most about this property is whenever I have a maintenance request it gets addressed in a timely manner and the emergency requests are addressed immediately. My main contact with the maintenance crew has been with Nick who is the most pleasant person you could ever be around. He always speaks and waves when I’m walking my dogs and he’s never come to my apartment in a bad mood or acting irritated at my request. Nick patiently listens as I drone on to clarify the issue and it’s obvious he knows what he’s doing because he’s able to quickly ascertain the problem and solution. Jonathan is another maintenance worker I see often picking up debris around our area of the complex who is always very friendly with a smile and a wave. I haven’t had any dealings with Adrian yet, however I have seen a white truck circle the complex numerous times. I told Nick several months ago that I’d seen that white truck circling often and if he kept coming around I was calling the NRH Police because he looks very suspicious driving slow and looking at the buildings. Nick told me that is Eric, and I think he said he is the head of maintenance so please do not call the police on him he is doing his job looking at the property. Bottom line, I’m so grateful to have this maintenance crew here at The Hudson, they make my life so much easier in keeping my apartment functioning properly.
Regarding the office personnel, I’ve had dealings with Brittany in person and email, and some with Melissa via email and they are both pleasant and very quick responders which I value as a tenant. I know some complexes that once they get the lease signed then when you need them you never hear from them; The Hudson is not that way which is very much appreciated.
Starting with neighborhood and location : Area is great , amazing location easy to find everything around you groceries shopping gas stations restaurants almost everything is few steps away from your home.
Regarding the apartment : apartments are a little bit old ,overrated and pricy but I understand everything has become pricy lately rents groceries gas but still these apartments aren’t updated at all , they should consider lowering the prices for what they are offering or upgrading it to higher quality and standards than staying with the cheap looks !
Regarding the management team : they got a new management team for this apartments complex and they are okay not that great with communication and customer service! We have been asking them to resurface our bathroom countertop and tub surfaces for over 7 months with no response at all ! Simply they don’t care !
Regarding the maintenance: Nick in maintenance is absolutely AMAZING , FRIENDLY and PROFESSIONAL, he is top notch in what he is doing and gets to your apartment as soon as he can to fix the issues there !
Words can’t give him justice about his work ethics and professionalism !
Normally I would have given 2 or 3 stars for this complex because of the management team but I’m giving 5 stars because of NICK, they are lucky to have him working for them. Again he is the best!
