  This property is so beautiful and very well maintained. I spoke with Sean about leasing here in the future when my lease is up. He was so kind and informative. He seemed like her truly cared about my needs. He went above and beyond. For that I know this property is very well taken care. The staff truly cares. Thank you Sean for your wonderful hospitality.

  I have lived here for almost a year now and I’m sad that I have to move out due to personal reasons. First of all the staff and maintenance are extremely friendly and helpful, they always try to do their best. Especially Pat and one of the maintenance guys whom I can’t remember his name. When there is an issue they always resolve it quickly.
  Second of all, the apartment complex is nice and feels safe to me. People leave their garage open here all the time and no one messes with their stuff. One time we accidentally left ours open and I’ve left my door open by accident, nothing was stolen and I was thankful that nothing bad happened.
  Third of all, they always keep the apartments looking good including the pool. They actually clean it every week :D
  Fourth of all, the layouts look amazing and even if you don’t get a renovated apartment, it still looks good!
  Some things I would say that I hope they do better is keeping the gates closed, it seemed like 50/50 that they were going to either be closed or not. As well as I’ve gone to the office and it’s been closed, not on a holiday, wish they would send out an email about that. There’s also someone who keeps stealing gym equipment and it’s very bothersome when you can’t use it. I wish their cameras worked so they could catch the culprit.
  
  Other than that these apartments are perfect, just good luck on not getting a lousy neighbor.

  Overall a great place. If you're looking to move here tell them unit 2707 sent you. The reason why many people give a negative review is because they may have something on their record and this place is really strict they don't want just anybody moving in here that's why it is a wonderful community. The tenants are wonderful they are very respectful, this place is beautiful and immaculate. The units are just enormous, huge. They are spacious Beyond any apartment I've had here in Texas. From the day I moved in all I can tell you is I have made the right choice and I am very happy here. There are a few minor flaws that need to be fixed but they are in complex areas of my unit. If you're looking to move here now, tell them, them unit 2707 sent you. All I can tell you is I have made the right choice and I am very happy here. When you can wake up in the morning and be happy where you live at then you will know why I chose this place. There is a playground a kitty pool a very large pool area was nice patio equipment. And I don't know about the children I see plenty of children running around here throughout the day very happy this is a place for children. There are no vandals here including teenagers they are just outright choosing the right family to move into this place. The gym is the best I've seen in many apartments I have been at. And the price based on the units are more than competitive because these units are huge. I have a 4 passing 2000 square feet almost and I suggest you come and take a look for yourself you will see. I have a classic unit and actually I like that classic better than the modern because the cabinets are a natural golden colored wood. But the modern units are stainless steel and white cabinets. Don't go by what people tell you even though it helps just come and take a look for yourself you will see this place is immaculately kept, best staff are professional and very friendly and caring. Remember 2707 is my referral unit number don't take my word check it out for yourself this is a great place for kids and Families and Pets so don't forget to bring Snoopy.
