So hair, nail, massages, everything beauty at 1 location. Lots of parking, super cute inside ! “Great place to live!! I actually had to cancel my Gym membership, b/c this gym is awesome/clean/latest equipment -and included in my rent. This place has a lot of amenities, that I actually use. The property is large, well maintained, and clean. It was a bonus that management was very accommodating and communicative when any problems came up or maintenance needed. I highly recommend this place! It may disappoint though, b/c they are so liked that there are rarely many available units, however the virtual tour is very accurate. A big plus was the garage and really private entrance. It feels like a real home b/c you rarely ever hear your neighbors too. See you on the courts!”

“We lived at Davis Park Apartments for about 1.5 years. The staff was friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests were attended to in a timely manner though sometimes it was challenging with the limitations imposed by the pandemic. The apartment is very close to freeways so it gives easy access to many areas in the metroplex. It's absolutely a value-for-money option.”
