Chris and the team at R.O.I. Roofing and Construction went to bat for us when our insurance company tried to deny any replacement costs for our damaged roof. It was a stressful time for my wife and I, but R.O.I. fought the good fight for us. Then, they quickly and expertly replaced our roof. You won't be disappointed.

R.O.I. replaced roof, garage trim, siding repair, new gutters, and chimney replacement. I was happy with all the work done. Chris kept me informed throughout the process and was always available for questions. The crew could not have been better and left the job site cleaner and tidier than when they started. Very happy with every part of this job and would recommend to anyone.

We found a soft spot on a part of our roof during Christmas light install. ROI gave a great assessment and was very helpful providing data to and working with our insurance. Three days total from work start to completion. They kept me well informed of the entire process and very professional at all times.

All team members are on time & professional. They listen to your questions & concerns. They go over & above to make sure you are pleased with the finished product. I have had ROI manage several different projects over the years (roof replacement, paint house, replace kitchen disposal, new backyard sidewalk, replace fence gate, stone work around patio posts, replace toilets & bathroom hardware, patio addition, relocate sprinkler, etc) & always know it will be done RIGHT & to my satisfaction. No job is too small or too big.
ROI may not be the cheapest contractor, BUT the peace of mind that the job is done RIGHT, without any surprises, is worth every penny.
