Sunshine Playhouse Inc.

Our son (3yrs old) has only been going to Sunshine Playhouse for about 4months. We could not be happier!
He previously attended 2 different “highly” recommended programs, neither were a good fit for him, one of which basically told us our son needed a full time aide. Behaviors they were reporting were not happening at home. So we didn’t know what to expect when we started at Sunshine.
We immediately noticed the teachers have more patience and treat each child as individuals that learn at different rates. They set very clear age appropriate boundaries and follow through with those boundaries. This is how we parent so that alone was huge! We’re getting reports that improve week over week.
Our son wants to be up moving around and they do lots of learning while up moving and being physically active and not constantly sitting at the desk.
They must being teaching patience and sitting still because at home, we’ve never gotten through reading a single book without our son wanting to get up and play. But now he will sit and actively participate in reading up to 4 books in a row at least 3-4 times a week. Tears of joy!! I can not say enough kind words for Sunshine Playhouse and their staff! I wish I would have found them sooner!

Full disclosure, I went here as a kid! Sunshine Playhouse was the best. They were always taking us on field trips and there was always something to do. The teachers are so kind.
People are always amazed when u tell them my day care had arcade games. I'm still good at qbert to this day.

We give Sunshine Playhouse 5 stars. My daughter has been attending since she was 15 months old and we have had a great experience. The teachers and staff are very kind and attentive. They always make sure to say hello to my daughter when we walk in and goodbye when we leave. Sunshine makes it much easier to drop of your heart each day. The prices here are also great and very reasonable.

My family has used Sunshine Playhouse for roughly the last 9 years, both my daughters came thru Sunshine and never once have I had to worry about them when left for the day. The teachers and staff love my kids like their own and helped them learn so much in preparation for kindergarten and beyond! It's an older school (opened in the late 70's) with great teachers that have been around a long time. The rates are very affordable and my kids have made some great friends here. My youngest is finishing her time at Sunshine now but I guarantee we will be back by to say hello to all the great people there and I will continue to speak highly and recommend this daycare to everyone i know! Thanks Marc, Samantha, Tisha, Rosie, Mary and all the other teachers and staff for loving and caring for my kiddos!

My daughter started at Sunshine Playhouse when she was 4 months old and we adore this daycare! Mark and Samantha are incredibly patient, helpful and willing to work with you on anything! Susan and Rachel have cared for my daughter so lovingly, along with many other staff members. I have never, for a second, worried about my daughter's care while at daycare, which is an incredible peace of mind. Not to mention, Sunshine playhouse is incredibly reasonable on their pricing!!!! Our daughter will attend daycare here ALWAYS!
