Over six years ago, I attended my first Jazzercise class at the Saginaw location. I had no dance experience, I was out of shape, and I needed to lose some weight. I was skeptical. Over time, I fell in love with the routines and the music, but mostly the people. The individual members and instructors at the Saginaw Jazzercise are supportive and encouraging. They showered me with love when I brought my first child into the world (yes, I Jazzercised all 9 months of my pregnancy) and inspired me to become an instructor. I have lost twenty pounds, and have kept it off. Jazzercise has become so much more than a workout. I would highly recommend this workout program!
