I can't understand for the life of me, why anyone would give this place negative reviews!

My daughters were always wanting their hair braided, so I decided to learn. Everytime I've been here, I've received amazing customer service!.. to where it makes me keep coming back.

I walked in not knowing a thing, just the basics that good ol You Tube taught me .. They were extremely helpful with helping me pick out what I needed, to start practicing with and gave me a few options that I could do that would make the process easier.

In my opinion (take it or not)
This place gives a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with people that are friendly and engaging.
Tons of different options, and cute little extras all around the front of the shop. Like cute little fake nose rings, that My teen daughters love.
Most importantly my daughters enjoy coming here, and feel comfortable asking questions about different products. So that's really what did it for me.

All things that you would think, that you'd want from a beauty shop!!

The young lady was really nice and the store was fairly clean but it's really small and a tad bit higher that most beauty supply stores I go to they didn't have many things to choose from but it's good to go to if you just had to pick up something simple or small for a hair style

I'm thankful to have a store near me that sells the products I need at a fair price. Sally's told me I had to "go to the hood" to get braiding hair. Not true, AND they are kind and respectful when I shop offering surprising additional services. I'm so thankful that I MUST continue to shop here to make sure they remain in business. Thank you for coming into the neighborhood.

I don't even know where to begin! This Small Business is probably to MOST inviting and welcoming Small Business I have ever been to!
Theywere so nice and very knowledgeable! While I was shopping, another family came in and it felt like we were all at a family reunion, despite not ever meeting each other before. This place is awesome!

Looking at a lot of the bad reviews and seeing how fake the accounts are. You can tell by clicking on the poster's Google profile. These are fake bad reviews! My experience has always been pleasant. I will say I can't wait for them to become a mega beauty supply. I always see black beauty supplies are small with not as much products as the "other's" I know it's because lots of our own go to the mega stores to buy products, vs giving the money to their own to build off of. Can't wait to see them in a better location with more products than they can count! Claiming it and praying on it for them!
