Sonia is a gem! When we first began working with Sonia to find a house, we made lists of must have preferences and after not finding anything we soon felt that wave of panic sweep over us. Sonia asked us for a list of wishful and unique features we would love to have in a new home and neighborhood. She found exactly what we wished for in the neighborhood! We didn't even know this area was here! The house was charming but the rooms were not arranged like we had been looking for. She suggested some remodeling examples, which as a new home buyer I hadn't thought of. It was perfect! We truly would never have found this house and neighborhood had it not been for Sonia's experience in guiding us through the entire process. We will certainly use her services for future relocations and I never hesitate to recommend her since I know how valuable she proves to be. She has a unique ability to listen to what we say we are looking for and mostly picks up on "the why". That enabled her to find properties and neighborhoods to show us that we wouldn't necessarily have looked at. She has been so dear and thoughtful since we moved in and we value her as a real estate professional and a family friend.

I have bought and sold with Sonia Leonard a few times over the last 8-9 years and from my experience Sonia is a fantastic realtor, she understands her clients needs and understand the real estate business very well and is very well respected. We did not end up buying from that open house, however, that realtor kept consulting with Sonia about how she should price her house and continually asked Sonia for advice and guidance.
In my opinion and experience Sonia's super power is her ability to listen to her clients needs and truly understand what they are looking for and why. It really is a friendship that you have with Sonia rather than simply a working relationship - that's why it's so easy working with her - she makes the whole experience very pleasant and keeps you up to date with the progress of the entire process. Her other huge asset is her knowledge of title companies, contractors, repair men, etc. But nothing beats spending time with Sonia getting to know her and going on house hunting trips with her. Even in this crazy Covid world we live in now, she made the entire experience more than just pleasant which is why I continuously go to her for all my real estate needs.
