Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care

My visit to Breeze urgent care on Davis rd South lake was amazing from start to finish. Allison was the cheerful MA who took me immediately to a clean sparkling exam room and checked me in. She was both cheerful and professional. My provider Bonnie Martin was AMAZING. She quickly diagnosed my condition. It was clear she was experienced. Her clinical skills were outstanding. I received my prescribed medication from the kiosk inside the facility! I spoke in real time with a pharmacist and had the prescription immediately. Great work everyone

My recent experience at THR's new Urgent Care facility was a "Breeze" indeed. A 5-Star health care experience!! The team at Breeze Southlake was outstanding. The faciitity was super clean. The visit was quick and easy! Taylor D., NP and Stephanie Y. were outstanding health care providers. We hope that we don't have to come back, but if we do, we trust that we will received friendly, high-quality care and services.

I had the most amazing experience at Breeze. This urgent care is like no other. The facility is brand new and so beautiful! I was taken straight back to a room without a wait. My provider Stephanie was very thorough and super friendly. She was very knowledgeable and clearly has a lot of experience. I was able to get my medication from the kiosk so no trip to the pharmacy. I will definitely be coming here for all of my urgent care needs in the future!

First off, let me start by saying Stephanie and Dr. Carolyn were amazing! I was given such a warm welcome when coming into the urgent care facility. I had been feeling sick for about 2 weeks and finally decided to go see someone. I walked in without an appointment which didn’t seem to be a problem. They saw me right away, were friendly, and heard my concerns. The doctor prescribed me 3 scripts and the best part was that I was able to receive them directly from the urgent care facility instead of waiting at the pharmacy and paying more money.

I would highly recommend going there! The staff is great. The facility is clean and they care about your health and well-being! Thank you for making me feel better. ?

First off, I went to the website and saw they had call ahead same day appointments which I liked. But I needed an appointment right away so I called and they didn’t have a wait. When I came in I was amazed by the staff and how attentive they were. They sat me in a room right away. The concierge who saw me was extremely nice and gave me a warm blanket for the cold room ( I enjoyed how it was cold and should be to prevent bacteria growth). I was treated with Covid precautions in mind and enjoyed how clean the facility was. The facility was all brand new and very nice. Overall, I had a very enjoyable experience. They also had an in-house pharmacy that takes all major insurance plans which makes it convenient. Speaking of insurance they take all major plans which can be a question sometimes with certain urgent cares.

I highly recommend this urgent care. I have visited many in south lake and this place stands out.
