I can’t say enough good things. I went in with my 2-year-old son who ended up having a fracture the ER missed. He was in pain and I was so frazzled and the WONDERFUL group of ladies there were nothing short of amazing to both me and my son. I wish I could give more stars. Thank you all for being such amazing human beings during a tough time for this new mama.

We loved Dr. Brown and his staff! My daughter injured her knee (she’s a ballet dancer). She is normally very tough (as most dancers are trained to be), so when she was complaining that she couldn’t walk, extend, or bend her leg at the knee, I was alarmed. I was convinced it was a meniscus injury (thanks Dr Google 🤦‍♀️). She was in a lot of discomfort, so I called Ouch Ortho and they scheduled us in within 24 hours! Wow! I was super impressed.

The next day we went to see Dr. Brown. I didn’t even know he was the doctor because he was so humble and approachable. He “humanizes” doctors. He didn’t make me feel intimidated or like I was an over-concerned, hypochondriac mother. He assured me it was not a meniscus issue, but because he saw my concern, he issued an order for an MRI (totally optional for us), which we chose to have done that very same day! By the following day, we had the results, and Dr. Brown was right! Her bones were just bruised and she just needed some rest. Thank you Dr. Brown and staff! Such a professional, competent, and friendly team.

My only regret is that we didn’t get a photo with Dr. Brown ☹️. I absolutely recommend Dr. Brown and his Southlake office, Ouch Ortho! Has our stamp of approval 👏!

We were seen by Dr. Brown and Mary A. (P.A.) on the SAME DAY as our initial phone call!! They squeezed us in (okay, stayed late) and saw us at 5:20PM. Our experience fantastic. Both providers were thorough, informative, responsive, sensitive, and patient. They asked my daughter (15 years old) questions and took the time to clarify/understand her symptoms. They answered all my questions completely and clearly outlined next steps. Despite the late appointment time - they didn't rush through anything. I would recommend this practice to anyone and everyone!

Dr. Brown was very informative. His bedside manner with my 11-year-old daughter was fantastic. He took the time to explain things in detail at no point did I feel like we were being hurrying us out to the next patient. Which is been most of my interactions with doctors. Very reassuring of what my daughter can, and can’t do with the injury we were being seen for. Would highly recommend him to anybody dealing with youth sports injuries! Thank you, Dr. Brown
