everyone at this facilty had the ut,opst empathy and were willing to listen to your needs while ensurng you were following protocol.

service was above average and if your like me a have a little fear then choose this hosptital as they will comfort you.

I had surgery today 10/25 with Dr Robert Owens. My nurse for pre-op was Lauren. I've had over 50 surgeries in my life and without a doubt Lauren was the absolute best. She kept me informed of everything as my surgery was pushed back a few hours. Wish all my nurses were as kind and helpful as Lauren was. Please share my thanks with her and her superiors

Sherry in the billing dept. is Awesome! She resolved an over payment issue to get me reimbursed quickly. She stayed true to her word and kept me abreast in every step of the process. Hats off to a diligent and thorough staff member!!

Awesome staff (Shannon and the lab techs) were very kind and fast with my mom's CT scan today. The hospital is clean, quiet and easy to get in and out with plenty of parking. We will get her shoulder replacement surgery here if we can.
