Reveal Martial Arts

Our 8 year old daughter loves Reveal and all of their instructors. We have been going here a few years now and she has so much fun. She gets great exercise while also learning important life skills such as respect, determination, and perseverance. The instructors and owners really care about each and every student and know them all by name. They even go the extra mile to counsel them on a personal level when asked by the parent. You can tell it is more than just a business to them. I highly recommend Reveal!

We love Reveal Martial Arts! My 4 year old loved karate/ninjas/power rangers and wanted to try out a class to see how he’d like it. Well, he LOVED IT! And so did we. The owners, the Spicars, are so kind and professional and great with ALL kids. My son’s instructor, Mr. Wells, is wonderful with their age group, they have so much fun and learn not only new skills, but discipline and respect! It’s wonderful to see! On top of that, his confidence has grown ten fold. I cannot say enough good things about this place and the positive changes I’ve seen in my son. We joined Reveal Martial Arts about 6 months ago. My son was stuck in his room, only wanted to play video games and really struggling. We immediately recognized the positive environment of the staff.

He wanted to quit at first but we took Mr. Spicar’s advise of just keep coming. It has made such a huge difference. He now loves going to karate. His self esteem has risen tremendously. He is showing dedication and commitment to things outside of karate. I smile every time my request is met with a yes sir or ma’am.

He always comes out sweaty and happy. I am so glad we decided to start this studio. It has saved us from some dark days and is in our future for a long time. I cannot say enough about the quality of this studio.

Since starting classes at Reveal my daughter has shown signs of maturing into a more focused child. She is more optimistic and positive when it comes to doing things she has never done before and isn’t afraid to just go for it and try it. I saw this yesterday when she went roller skating for the first time. She’s more focused at school, and though she’s always been a straight A student, how much she pays attention now during her Zoom classes for school and interacts with the class and teacher is much different. We have no complaints! The instructors and owners are attentive to the children, caring while still giving the tough love when needed, and they pay attention to each child to understand their personalities and work with them. We are so pleased that she’s here and look forward to her continued learning and participation, and to bringing our second daughter here, once she’s of age.

Before my son started karate at Reveal, he was very reserved and a bit clumsy. He told me he "couldn't do karate," and was somewhat upset going into his trial class. From the moment his feet hit the mat, he was hooked! The teachers are spectacular! My kiddo's confidence is gaining with every class. The Reveal family shows him what commitment can do and what you can achieve. This has given him the drive and dedication to go to all his classes, give it 100% and, then, come home and continue practicing. He's determined to be a black belt! His temperament is more controlled, he is now more willing to try new things and anytime he hears his little sister say I can't he screams "Yes, you can!" And begins helping her. We are beyond happy with the strides our little man is making!
