Shannon Thomas’s book “Healing from Hidden Abuse” resonated so much with me that I began seeing her for counseling. In the past 2+ years my life has changed completely. Shannon has helped navigate me through some very difficult times with toxic family members and acquaintances. She has given me the tools and support I needed to find peace in my life. I am so thankful for her and her knowledge and her direct approach. She truly was a game changer for me!

I've given the book to friends as gifts and they've had the same experience. I also follow their facebook posts which are helpful bits of information on a daily basis. I have found Shannon's work to be life affirming, boundary driven and healthy. I fully believe her practice to be the same.
