  I had done a lot of online research on a variety of nutrition service providers before making the final decision to pursue consultation with Doherty Nutrition. Specifically, I've been seeing Dani McAdoo since May 2022 and I cannot say enough great things about her! Dani is absolutely fantastic! She is a great listener, very warm and welcoming, incredibly knowledgeable, and provides insights in an easy to understand manner. One of my favorite things in working with Dani is our goal setting. I personally need stated goals for accountability and each time we meet, we revisit my goals and decide on maintaining those or creating new ones. After each session, Dani follows up with emails with a recap of the goals and I just very much love this extra touch of service in working with her. Before working with Dani, I was one who was very much lost and uneducated in nutrition. Since meeting with her, I have gained more knowledge and my issues in feeling groggy and having a loss in energy have significantly improved. I can't recommend her enough if you are looking for nutritional guidance.

  When my daughter (15) was diagnosed with PCOS we decided to seek help from a Nutritionist. We started seeing Dani, she has a great approach in explaining they why behind making healthy choices and the benefits. Making small goals at each visit, suggesting foods or recipes to try, and just being real. It is not about depriving yourself but finding things you like that make you feel good and keep you fuller longer. It has taught my daughter to be more aware of what she is eating and how it makes her feel. We are so thankful we found Dani.

  I cannot say enough good things about the nutritionist I work with at Doherty Nutrition. Dani is AMAZING! She’s knowledgeable, compassionate, and incredibly caring. I’m learning so much from our sessions about how to prioritize my health and well-being in a more balanced way. She helps you set personal health goals and does everything she can to support you so that you can achieve them. I’m so thankful to be working with Dani!

  I have to say, this practice is the most honest and professional practice I have ever worked with. Danielle is probably one of the best providers I have ever had! She takes the time to hear ALL of my concerns. She understands that my lifestyle also effects everything else! She has helped me get my A1C down and I have so much more energy because of it! I highly recommend Doherty Nutrition LLC for your diet provider needs!

  I have been working with Dani for about a year, and I cannot recommend her enough. She is thoughtful, empathetic, and a good listener. She does a wonderful job of meeting me where I am at and keeping my goals realistic. Most importantly, she encourages me to have patient with myself, and have fun! I have not worked with any of the other dietitians but the practice sends out a newsletter, solicits feedback from their clients, hosts group classes, and even has special programming for the holidays. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the care I am receiving and would recommend Doherty Nutrition, and Dani to anyone looking to learn more about their relationship with food or any other food related goals they may have!
