This place is the gold standard for customer service. I’ve changed my pets’ foods over the course of years several times. All my requests have been met with stellar service, good communication and a genuine desire to ensure I am happy. Their prices are competitive. The door step delivery is a life saver. Plus, I enjoy the heck out of supporting local businesses over big box stores and online giants.

Metro Pet is absolutely amazing! Their customer service is wonderful. I couldn’t find my puppies food anywhere in stores or online until I stumbled upon their website. I emailed them and when I didn’t hear back via email Justin actually called me and explained the situation, told me my puppies food was on the way and would be delivered soon - the next day it was here. The fact that he took the time out of his busy day of processing orders to call me and let me know what was going on was above and beyond everything that I expected. I will only buy my puppies treats and food from Metro Pet because of Justin and I recommend that everyone do the same. 🔥

It is amazing how they will deliver my dogs food right to the door. My dog loves the treats they drop off, but her favorite is the Primal Freeze Dried Nuggets. My pomeranian was so finicky about her food until we stumbled upon Primal; that never happens any more.

They make a busy life much easier! Not only will they deliver your pet's food to your house, they also send coolers with dry ice in them to keep your food cold if you have something like primal delivered. They did not carry the rare food I normally get that's so hard to find, but they found one that was comparable with the same health benefits. We live in Arlington and were driving all over Dallas and Fort Worth to get our animal's food. Now we will save in gas and not have to find time in our busy schedules to drive to find what we want. I wish we would have found them sooner! Thank you for putting your customers first!
