I moved to the area last year for work and have been looking for a new doctor. My hours rotate, therefore it's a little more complicated to get an appointment during days off. I was able to make an appointment to fit my schedule, which was much appreciated. The ease of check-in was excellent. I was able to complete the forms on-line vs completing then upon arrival. My wait time was under 5 minutes, the staff was friendly and pleasant. If your looking for a Neurologist, I highly recommend this place.

The doctor was very good today for remembering the medication progress thus far, without having to ask me questions of my progress, and so I find that to be a plus for this clinic where I wish they used a bigger computerized information tool like the MyChart that large clinics use, and yet the doctor actually seems to be more engaged in talking to the patient because there is not the bigger computerized information tool doing all of that remembering for them and rather they are very engaged and then might use simpler information tools and paper records to double check.

Lindsey and the receptionist were both absolutely AWESOME!!! They are extremely knowledgeable as well as efficient. Lindsey always goes above and beyond to make sure I am totally taken care of. She is always friendly and professional, and I would highly recommend her and this practice to anyone in need of neurological or sleep needs. The reason for my 4 star, instead of my usual 5 star, was Pamela. She did nothing but argue with me. I asked her if she could tell me when I was due for a refill on sleep supplies and she dismissed me, saying typically the patient would need to know that. When I asked Lindsey, she asked me if I had used them or a 3rd party, and when I replied I had used them for the last one, she pulled it up in a few seconds. Pamela also argued with me about when my last appointment was. I thought it had been 10 months, but she went back and forth with me telling me it had been a year. Instead of just giving me the date of my previous appointment, she argued.
I have always had fantastic experiences with Southlake Neurology, and I would never stop going there even with one semi-bad experience. Besides Pamela, this practice gets 5 stars every time.

Pamela is sweet and friendly. She is great at getting the information she needs while still making sure she’s kind and doesn’t make me feel like cattle being rushed in and out.
Lindsey always makes sure she is well-versed on my history and why I’m coming in. Today I was in for something new and she was prepared with options and made me feel at ease. I left knowing there was a plan of action. I wasn’t just leaving feeling lost and guessing. Thank you Lindsey!
