(July 12, 2023, 11:41 am)At last! An honest transmission shop. They charged me nothing since the problem did not relate to the transmission. He could have suggested a $5500 rebuild. Instead, he told me that not all transmission problems are such. They involve other components. I highly recommend this shop for this integrity.
(June 15, 2023, 12:24 pm)I had a really great experience here at the shop. Took my car up there and they diagnosed the problem trans. Rebuilt it no problems now it runs like new. I’m really happy with my car. I would for sure take it here again.
(April 18, 2023, 1:06 pm)I had a rebuild done on a 98 jeep wrangler. They did a fantastic job at a very decent price. The job is complete in a reasonable amount of time, and I was kept up-to-date. Like a lot of people I’m skeptical about a lot of businesses, but found everyone at this location as someone I could take it face value. Eagle Transmission of Watauga will be my go to place and I highly recommend them.

I called over 50 companies trying to get help with my car and Todd was eager to help. He responded immediately and explained the process to me putting my mind at ease at a time when I was losing it. He immediately sent a tow truck to pick up my vehicle. So far so good!!!!
