While having to visit an urgent care facility is rarely an enjoyable experience, everyone at this Beaumont Urgent Care facility was pleasant, knowledgeable and caring. The providers I saw took the time to understand my concerns and thoroughly explain the treatment plan. The promised follow-up call occurred well within the time-frame given. If I need this type of health care again I will not hesitate to utilize this facility.

Had another great experience there yesterday. Enjoying the ease of the online system. Just pull up, notify them online or text when you’re there and then wait in the comfort and safety of your own car. They’ll let you know what room to come into as soon as it’s open.
They said only 2 locations had moved to this new system. It worked well for both me and my wife. Hopefully more locations start using it as well.

The front desk person greeted me eagerly. I asked her how the center was doing as it's new. She replied that she can't wait for it to get busy and booming! When I went to register she checked to see if I had been seen at another Beaumont center, which I had, which minimized that process.

Tasha, the woman who took my vitals, was beyond cheerful. Not only did she ask me what medications I take, she went and double-checked it. Her warm demeanor put me at ease.

Then in came Dr. Marcy Klein. First, she said good morning and then introduced herself with a smile, as much as one can see behind a mask. She was amazing. Not only did I have a Covid test, which she discussed with me, including the wait time, she went and checked the status of the test in terms of elapsed time.

Upon her return, after which she informed me of the results, she did a thorough and complete examination. When that was finished she inquired as to whether or not I had additional questions and if she had addressed all of my concerns.

I've been to multiple urgent care centers and this one, at each stage of my visit was the best ever! I'd gladly recommend, with confidence, this center to anyone and everyone.

On 12/12/21 I had reason to return to this center. It's the best urgent care around. Actually, I drive ten minutes out of my way to go there. Dr. Marcy Klein is an amazing clinician! She listens as you describe your symptoms, doesn't make you feel rushed, and it's like visiting my family doctor. As my symptoms were not an easy diagnosis she ordered another medically necessary test, an x-ray. My PCP doesn't have an x-ray machine. State of the art facility, polite, amazing front desk and rear clinical staff, clean, well organized center that I tell everyone that I know to visit. Hands down the best urgent care that I've ever used!

Sarah Morris and Dr. Klein at the Lake Orion Urgent Care are absolutely AMAZING!!! As a mother of three young boys I have been to many urgent cares and this was by far the best experience we have ever had. They were both super friendly, efficient, and caring. I know this is our new place in the future! Thanks ladies for your dedication to serve others in such a professional, helpful and friendly manner.

Excellent experience during our visit! My daughter was feeling super crummy so we ended up here on a Saturday night. Paris at the front desk, Jon from the clinical team and Adam the provider were all kind and attentive. I would definitely use this urgent care again.

Outstanding and experienced - Dr Chung has changed my life. My back pain is under control. My neuropathy is fading. What a blessing!

I was told to see Dr. Chung after talking to a fellow co-worker about our aches & pains.
After seeing an Orthopedic Surgeon at Trinity Orthopedics and him telling me I needed shoulder surgery immediately I was skeptical so I made an appointment at C&C Accupuncture.
With in a few months of weekly visits Dr. Chung helped my pain with accupuncture, heat & massage. It's been a few years and still no shoulder pain. We've been working on my lower back and sciatica and over time I can say my pain level decreased 90% without surgery. I continue to see him weekly so I can keep my life pratically pain free. The therapists have helped me greatly. The girls know their job and how to help me keep my muscles loose and knot free.

The quality of care at Chernly & Chung Acupuncture is excellent. You will be seen on time and enjoy every part of your visit. Clean and comfortable office and treatment rooms. Very relaxing and caring atmosphere. The doctors and massage therapists work as a team to address your concerns with several different therapies. I've been going there for several years and am always very satisfied.

Both doctors are very professional, and take the time to answer all your questions. I've done acupuncture at various places, and this is my favorite. I've noticed my problems with my lower back and bunion have greatly improved by visiting here. I also love to finish by doing the cupping procedure. It doesn't feel painful, like it may look.
Can't wait for my next visit!

Dr. Chernly has worked wonders in my shoulder and back. I have treatment done regularly.
