I was on the verge of canceling my insurance with Allstate Insurance because of my agent. I called another Allstate Company near me and Susan Smith answer the phone. Since I have been using Susan Smith I am very pleased with Allstate. I lost my insurance card, I called the office and She sent it to me instanty. She help me understand my insurance. She makes me feel important. All my questions are answered. Since I use her for my insurance I have now added my home owners.

Every year they check to find the lowest cost policies that still meet our financial needs.

I have been a customer for over two years and in that time I was in a bad accident. Everyone has been wonderful to work with, they helped me with my claim and even to report the accident. After they always called back if they couldn't take my calls and got me answers and have helped me every step of the way.
I would recommend both the Debbie Keller agency and Allstate Insurance company to anyone. The peace of mind I have knowing that I have someone that will be there for me and a great Insurance company gives me one less thing to worry about.
