“We used Skyvue in 2010 for my mom and in 2020 for my dad (both on Labor Day Weekend). We picked Skyvue because they are family owned, not a national chain, and because they had the most reasonable rates anywhere in the metroplex. They exceeded our expectations in every way imaginable in 2010 and again in 2020. We couldn't have been more pleased. I wouldn't write this review unless I was confident that anyone reading it will be happy they chose Skyvue.”

“My experience with Tree of Life began when I lost my husband, Nathan. I took a tour of the facility, led by an exceptionally professional and informative guide (I wish I would have recorded the gentleman's name. I would . I had brainstormed a list of questions to ask, but found that simply through his unscripted description, they were quickly answered thoroughly. Nathan looked FANTASTIC. I could not have been happier (especially in such a tragic and emotional time). My interactions with the other staff members was exceptional. Down to EACH AND EVERY PERSON, I was treated with dignity, respect and compassion. The team took their jobs, and the ceremony, as any member of the family. I would recommend this funeral team to ANYONE who wants to lay their loved one to rest being supported and celebrated at every turn. Thank you, Tree of Life Funeral Directors. “Wade did an beautiful job with my daughter's funeral. They were warm, caring, delicate and humble, while being knowledgeable, and helpful. They helped me with some decisions that were too difficult. Their chapel where the service was held was gorgeous. While funerals as a whole are very expensive, they were much more reasonable than another local funeral home I had looked into. The chapel was much nicer and they offered more services in their packages. Would highly recommend! While this would not change my 5 star rating, some recommendations for improvement are easier photo upload on the website. Some of the pictures uploaded came out sideways and upside down. Larger photo viewing on the site. It would also be nice to upload the photos for the funeral pictorial instead of bringing a thumb drive. And integrate all aspects of the funeral planning into one appointment, such as the layout of the handout and choosing the theme/background for the pictorial.”

“It's NYE and I never, I mean ever stop at this location for mail because I get mail at home. On this hectic day, Kristen the supervisor at the Merritt Island location made my day!! She responded to my delivery issue (long story with an address change and change of mailbox lock, no keys) in the morning and by the end of the day, had my package given to me at my doorstep. Excellent customer service & family environment I felt when greeted and asked for her when I walked in. I tried not to get my hopes up when she told me "she could call the carrier to see if he's in the area to meet you for the lock change". She came back moments later to tell me "If I left now, the carrier could meet me at the mailbox. Also, the lock was changed already and the keys can stick if you can't open the box." Good stuff!!! Thank you!!! I got home in minutes before the carrier showed up to let me in and to grab the partial box key and my NYE outfit handed to me, in a bag of course! Customer service level is top notch in my opinion. You made my issue easy & relaxed so thank you for your very helpful phone call to the carrier and being there for the locals!
