I had no intention to make an engagement ring purchase/decision that day, but Alex showed me an offer I genuinely could not refuse. I was blown away. They sized it for me, helped me pick the perfect setting, and worked with me to find a simple payment plan. I’ve heard negative things about jewelry stores my whole life, but Marc Samuels totally proved me wrong. 11/10 recommend.”

“Been living here for about a year now. Quiet neighborhood and great location. They always communicate with you about maintenance inspections and anything else that you need to be aware of. Desirable management is probably the first rental property that I can say is very professional. All the way from viewing of the property to just checking up on you. You never have to worry about missing rent payment because they send out a friendly reminder. Rent is affordable for all their properties and in my opinion will not hurt your pockets. But you know what you can afford. Definitely will be staying here for awhile.”

“I ordered my wedding ring through them and it turned out amazing, exactly the way I wanted it. I have put on some weight and my ring was no longer fitting me so I went to have it resized. It seemed great at first, I was told it would be done in about a week and they would give me a call back to come pick it up. I waited a week and 2 days before trying to call them but no one answered. I tried to go to the store that I dropped the ring off at and they had changed their hours but it wasn’t posted on the store. I went online a found they had posted there that their store hours changed dramatically. I filled out the online contact form and waited for a reply. I was told they hadn’t even gotten to it yet but it would be done the following week on Wednesday and I would get a call. I waited until Friday the following week and called them to find out what’s going on since I still hadn’t been contacted about the ring being done. I was told it had gotten done and I could pick it up the following week. This is also when I was informed that the resizing was going to cost $60. This is 3 weeks after I originally took the ring in and told a week. I had to initiate every contact when they told me they would let me know. They made a wonderful ring that I am very happy with, but their customer service leaves much to be desired. Update: I talked to the owner and he saw that the communication had broken down. He promises to take steps to improve and I feel he was genuine. He made it better and they did a great job resizing the ring. I’m happy with the ring, and I believe the apology about the communication. I would definitely bring my business back. I respect when someone has the character to admit they messed up and would fix it to make it better.”

I came for the 1st time 3 weeks ago because my 16 wanted to go to this mall when we fell across this store. The store is amazing but not until THOM said hello and welcome!! He has so much patience we must of chased him from one end to the other end of the store a million times. He explained everything that we wanted to know, his knowledge is unlimited truly unlimited. He is amazing and has so much passion for people and this store, it is so rare to see someone that loves their job .. But he definitely does and it shows. I will not go to any other location as long as he is their. The first time we went I spent over 300$ and close to 200$ today so I am a customer that will definitely keep this location in business..
