The people at Shape Method are superb, friendly and professional. The group classes are small, allowing for personal attention. The variety of training & classes offered meets every need. Check 'em out!

I am 50 years old and can honestly see changes in my shape since going to their barre and Pilates equipment classes. I have spent years doing every fad workout with no results and ending up with injuries. Shape Method offers sustainable, challenging workouts that I will be able to do for years. All the instructors are true professionals who are in tune with how your body moves and what is best for you. I look forward to every workout. You will love this local, women owned business. It’s a true gem in the Austin community.
(September 15, 2022, 11:49 am)Frankly Shape Method changed my life! I really never enjoyed exercising and never stuck with it until I discovered Pilates. It’s challenging but fun and safe and most importantly SO effective!! I really enjoyed their barre classes for years before kids, but after my second baby I started private / duet Pilates sessions to regain my strength and fell in love with the exercise. Going on 3 years of Pilates now and can’t live without it!! Shape Method has the absolute most professional space, team, and fosters a very supportive and encouraging community.
