Melodie's yoga classes are fantastic! They are a relaxing break from a hectic life yet energizing. Melodie knows how to accommodate everyone's needs. She has a great attitude and guides you through your practice so that you progress no matter what your ability is. Aches and pains that had bothered me for years before beginning her classes have disappeared. I have also gained more strength and flexibility than I thought was possible.
