Hillside on Cannon

I have been living here for several months and the maintenance team has been great any time we have needed anything fixed. They were very responsive. Good location, access to 35 and just a few minutes from downtown.

I have resided at Hillside on cannon for about a year and I must say, the experience was truly exceptional ever since we got a new assistant manager. In a short period of time the new office staff has made remarkable strides in improving both the service and overall management of the complex. Every time I arrive at the office, Im greeted with professionalism and warmth. The new staff is always attentive to any needs or concerns I had, ensuring that living here is comfortable and stress-free. Additionally, the new maintenance team is prompt and efficient in addressing any issues that arise. Amazing Apartments !!!

I've lived here for quite a few years and have seen lots of management come and go. The current company is actually doing a lot better than previous teams and they are trying to fix some things that have been overlooked by all the other teams. They just took over last year and are doing their best. I have had a problem with our AC for years and they are the first team to flat out just install a new system instead of spot fixes. New Management!
