(August 28, 2020, 11:44 am)HONESTY is the #1 quality I'm looking for in a mechanic. Luckily, I found that at Amberger Automotive. Not only were these guys genuinely honest and straightforward with their diagnosis and recommendation, they also displayed extensive knowledge and expertise in vehicle mechanics and repairs. I had a major malfunction that could have cost me limbs, but John and his crew threw me a bone, hooked me up at a VERY fair price, and now my vehicle runs better than it has even before I thought I was having car trouble. Two thumbs up and 10 gold stars for Amberger Automotive. Thanks again!

(April 22, 2020, 10:42 pm)I called around to have some cosmetic work done on my vehicle and I was given ridiculous numbers when it came to price! Found these guys and they got the job done for half the price and very quick! Highly recommend!
(November 5, 2019, 12:33 pm)Returned to Austin after 15 yrs and was looking to find an honest professional mechanic to work on my muscle cars. Mr Amberger has fulfilled my expectations. He has a very friendly staff as well.
I know good service when I see it as I served Our Country and I served the Community if Austin as a Police Officer for 25 yrs. kudos to Amberger Automotive. Job well done!
