I had a large claim recently, and instead of being passed off to the Claims dept as most Agencies would do, the folks here were my constant advocate with the Claims Dept and helped me all along the way. Really, that IS the value of an Insurance Agent. We hope we never have to make another claim, its a daunting process. But if we do, it is comforting to know that the folks at this Agency will be here to help us. Thank you so much!!!
