I have had nothing but great experiences here at Austin Spine! Everyone at the office is very friendly and helpful. I recently saw Dr. Wupperman for a back/spine injury. He is absolutely fabulous! He recommended a back brace and we are waiting to see if my body heals. The team does a fantastic job at being helpful and they address concerns quickly. I truly appreciate all that you do!
We had an appointment with Austin Spine Clinic after another doctor prescribed tests to find out what was causing my back pain several years after my 2 back surgeries. At Austin Spine, we immediately felt the confidence, wisdom & empathy from Dr. Wupperman & his PAs. They had gathered together so much information about my problem & we immediately knew this surgeon would fix my problem AND HE DID! My husband and I are so thankful for the success of my surgery!
Dr. Wupperman is an excellent diagnostician for anything going on in the spine. He takes the time to answer questions, and explains everything to you. His office runs on time if not early and are very efficient. We drive all the way from San Angelo Tx. To see him. He did my husbands neck surgery and repaired some work done by a previous surgeon as well as added measures to ensure a positive outcome. I was prescribed Physical therapy for my issues. His staff is great, office is clean and he has a very calming demeanor.
My husband and I are both new patients at Austin Spine. The staff were cheerful, welcoming and professional. We were both seen by Max Mallo, PA-C and deeply appreciated his individualized, conservative approach to address our neck and back problems. The assessments before and during our visit were thorough, and we were provided a continuum of options to addrewss our unique issues. Referrals were quickly made. I will return without hesitation when my condition warrants.
Dr. Wupperman and his team were timely, attentive, gave excellent advice and all with friendliness and a dash of humor. All questions answered. They did not seemed rushed or preoccupied with anyone except me. It was an honor and a pleasure, and the doctor's work on my back resulted in increasing my height by two inches. Everything was successful.
