(August 1, 2021, 9:30 pm)I really appreciated my stylist, Alex today. Alex communicated with me very well prior to working on my hair as well as during. She explained the process as well as informed me on pricing so I wasn't left confused or wondering what she was doing or about cost. I originally came in for color and explained my complicated hair journey to two other stylists a few days before. During my consultation, I was informed that they would do a test strand first which is exactly what Alex did. This showed me the consistency in Hair Cuttery's policies and training. After the test strand, we learned that my hair was too damaged to color just yet. She explained that instead she would be applying a color treatment due to previous coloring. After my last (horrifying) experience at a different salon (not Hair Cuttery), I truly am grateful that Alex and the rest of the Hair Cuttery team is trained and knowledgeable in hair care. The entire staff was very kind and accomodating especially considering that I had my daughter with me. They all made sure she stayed safe and still had fun. Alex also cut my hair and gave me exactly what I asked for. She cut my daughter's hair as well and gave her a cute little braid. At checkout, Alex went over pricing again and also recommended some hair care products. I ended up buying everything she recommended which included a shampoo, conditioner, hair mask, and hair bb cream😂 Everyone treated us very well and I will definitely be returning and recommending others to this salon! Thanks so much!

(July 5, 2021, 12:51 pm)Tasia did an amazing job on my haircut at the Suffolk Harbour View location. She cut it exactly like I wanted without having to explain it. This was my first experience and it will definitely not be my last. I will definitely be a regular customer from now on. Amazing job and amazing skills!
