I really enjoy shopping at this store. The deals are great and the customer service is really good too. It lacks the ambiance of a traditional J Crew store but the clothes and accessories are fashionable and made with good quality and are priced more affordably. Can’t beat a good deal on a quality product that you love.

I came to return some pants without a receipt and during the process of tracking down the account used for the purchase, I was accused of washing the pants. I admittedly lost my temper as she pushed the issue, but in the end the manager was still able to help me and remained entirely professional during the length of the exchange. Will not be returning to this store but im at least glad there are still professionals at local retailers.

Excellent customer service here at this location. It was relatively short-staffed during a weekday when I went in, but I had no issue finding help and getting my outfit purchased. Recommended location
