I love Champion Cryotherapy, specifically, the results I’ve experienced from the treatments which have been much better than I ever expected. I hesitated for a long time to try it because I thought I couldn’t handle the cold, but thankfully I finally decided to give it a try and the experience was no where near as uncomfortable as what I had feared! Shoulder pain that I’d had for several months lessened and then disappeared after just a few visits. I’ve also had recurring ankle issues that have required steroid shots in the past, but during my last episode of ankle pain, I started doing cryotherapy sessions again (after taking a break during the first months of the COVID situation) and after 2 visits my pain was gone. Also, I would be remiss not to mention that the owner, Todd, is very knowledgeable, super-friendly, and open. He will happily answer any questions you may have.

Champion Performance and Recovery has been a life saver for me. Being a fitness instructor and athlete, I truly feel a difference in my body after each session. Champion has been a critical component of my recovery from hip surgery and I truly can not recommended this place enough. Todd, Taylor, Erica and the entire staff are the cream of the crop.

I am from out of town and tried this place on a whim because I was in the area. I have been wanting to try cryotherapy for awhile now and man am I glad I picked this place. Todd and his staff blew me away with how passionate they were and invested in the clients. They knew everyone by name while I was in there. After talking with Todd about some of the issues I was having he had my try the neuromuscular therapy for a soft tissue injury I have had and I am amazed at the results of just one session. Truly can’t say enough about these guys I will definitely be making the 2 hour drive to come back.

After experiencing continual low back pain, I went to Champion Cryotherapy for help. The cold laser and Neu-fit therapy relieved my pain within a few sessions. Tod and his staff are so friendly and are committed to finding what is needed to get you back on track and feeling great. They were able to help me. a middle-aged, non-athletic woman get back to exercising and feeling good. I highly recommend Champion Cryotherapy!
