(March 11, 2019, 9:55 am)I lived at Oak Park for a year from the summer of 2015 to the summer of 2016 and had a wonderful experience as a college student, sharing a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath with my then-roommate. I'll be moving back in this year into a 1 bedroom. Texie is great as many of the other reviews have mentioned. Onsite maintenance was speedy and convenient. Not the most updated units but they're well taken care of and charming. The complex itself is beautifully maintained with nice landscaping and a great pool. Price is standard for the area - not cheap, not overpriced.

She is always so helpful and never has made things feel like a hassle. She genuinely wants people to enjoy living here. That’s so rare and having had bad experiences in the past, having helpful staff at your complex makes a huge difference.
(November 23, 2018, 11:02 pm)I have leased units at this location for over a decade. The location just can't be beat for my current life, especially with all the bus routes and local businesses (including a HEB grocery store and 24-Hour Fitness around the corner). The current management is responsive to our needs, and is making updates/refreshes to units, after leases come to an end. Staff like Texie (leasing consultant/"problem-solver"), Gil and Ramiro (on top of things maintenance experts) solve any potential issues quickly. No 5-stars, just because the units are older and do have issues from time-to-time, but management, in the past, have been amenable to negotiating new leases, especially for their long-time residents, which can make a good value, especially for the location, for someone willing to not have the latest/greatest features in their home.
