  I don’t regularly write reviews, but I am so impressed with Bee Cave Orthodontics that I have to take the time to highly recommend them. I had braces 10 years ago and have had a permanent retainer. The glue unexpectedly broke off of one tooth that was holding the retainer in place and I needed it fixed immediately. I called several orthodontists in the area and was having trouble finding help. The professionals at Bee Cave Orthodontics saved me and were able to see me and fix my my permanent retainer flawlessly the same day. Everyone was so wonderfully kind and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Any practice that is capable of making a visit to the dentist as pleasurable and reassuring as Bee Cave Orthodontics deserves so much respect and business. Go see them!!!

  We were referred to Dr. Da Silveira becauase my daughter has terrible dental anxiety and even though there are many orthodontists closer to us, I'm so glad we went to Bee Caves Orthodontics. They were patient and persistent with my daughter and she went from meltdowns at every visit to calm and still. Dr. Da Silveira, Taylor, and the entire team are fantastic.

  I am SO impressed by Bee Cave Orthodontics. It's the first place that I actually left hopeful.
  
  Dr. Da Silveira is a class act - caring, actually listens, provides lots of resources, etc. Her team (Petra!) is epic as well. You can tell they flow very well together, and everything was just efficient, easy, and seamless.

  Best orthodontist ever!!!! As a former patient and employee, this is the place to go. Dr. D is the most knowledgeable orthodontist I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She also gave me an AMAZING smile that is something I am proud to wear. I had braces with her for less than a year and it's an investment I would recommend to anyone. The staff truly cares so much about each and every patient and always gives 100%. If you want to be treated like family while achieving a beautiful and healthy smile, this is the place to go!!!! Could not recommend more and will be bringing my own kids here when they're old enough. :)

  We visited Dr. Adriana Da Silveira or "Dr. D" as she is affectionately known by all her patients, on December 26th. That's right, we stopped by her office after her FULL DAY of appointments the day after Christmas. This woman is a machine. An incredibly passionate, caring, bubbly and loving machine.
  She opened her practice a few years ago because she saw a need for her services in her own neighborhood. There were also quite a few people within her community who wouldn't stop asking her when she would open her own place because all their kids were getting to the age of needing braces and they didn't want to go to anyone else, understandable. With the help of her supportive husband and amazing team, she opened Bee Cave Orthodontics three and a half years ago, and there was no looking back. Since opening her doors the area of Bee Caves has exploded with neighborhoods, shopping, and dining.
  
  Prior to opening her practice, and still to this day, Dr. D works with Dell Children's Hospital treating the most difficult cases of children born with cleft lip and palate, craniofacial syndromes, and children with special needs, as part of Accredited Cleft Craniofacial team. Her expertise is wide-ranging and her knowledge is as deep as Texas pride. It is heartwarming to see the effect she has over so many lives, she has treated some adolescents since birth all the way to college!
  
  When she isn't busy running her practice, holding fundraisers, going to local school events or spending time with her family, she conducts studies and research furthering the development of orthodontics and dentistry as an adjunct professor at the University of Texas. She is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. She also thinks up all the fun contests and engaging posts for Bee Cave Ortho's social media accounts. What doesn't this woman do? She is truly a spectacular human from every angle and in every direction. Highly recommend her for all your ortho needs, from invisalign to standard braces.
