Well kept and maintained Travis County Park. You do have to pay admission but it's well worth it. There are areas to hike, swim, scuba dive and launch a boat. The boat parking is huge and there is adequate parking for the largest boats and trailers, there is also a courtesy dock. The restrooms are standard public park facilities. The main playground is huge and there are a few smaller ones around as well. There are tables and gazebos hidden along the trails for picnics or BBQ, there are also new pits that are cared for and not in disrepair. I would actually cook food on them. It's one of my favorite parks in the area.
Our first visit for this park was amazing. Lots of attractions for everyone, plenty of parking space. We enjoyed and next time we will visit for more to discover with all family members.
beautiful views of Lake Travis where families can picnic, swim, fishing, and play and includes the largest public boat ramp on Lake Travis with an extensive scuba diving park.

Seriously underappreciated Austin destination. Scuba diving behind me here, with an airplane and boats under water. Park is beautiful and playground pretty well shaded by trees. ❤️
Really wish the dam was open to pedestrians at least; silly that the road atop, which used to be drivable, is entirely closed now 😓
A really nice park with ample facilities including restrooms barbecue pits and covered benches. There's also a place for the little ones to play. There are a few walking trails however they aren't very long.
Mansfield Dam Park is definitely very good place to enjoy weekend one day trip.
We had really good time with family. My kids really enjoyed thoroughly.
You can get floats and stuffs and you can better enjoy here.
Its very scenic and windy place. The water is good and clear on some sides.
You need to get cash as entry fees. They don't accept credit cards. So don't forget to get cash.$5 per adult. There is entry fees for kids age 12 or more.
Overall it was very good experience. I would like encourage to everyone who all in Austin or around to visit this place.
