Last time a visited Ideal Image was a few years ago and I did not realize the location changed. Easily solved. Staff is very friendly and the visit with an online nurse practitioner was interesting. Shows you care about the health of your clients. Enjoyed chatting with the RN/Laser technician . She loves her job!

I am so impressed and grateful for the staff at this location! Sarah was so sweet and knowledgeable when booking my appointment for lip fillers! She was so helpful and patient when answering all of my questions and gave me some guidance on what to expect during the service! When I came in for my appointment she greeted me with a smile and even sparked up a great conversation with me while I was waiting! She went the extra mile to give me a brief tour of the spa and informed me of some amazing services they offer, that I’ll definitely be inquiring about in the future! Olivia is the one who I highly recommend booking with if you’re interested in getting lip fillers! She listened to what I wanted and gave me the best recommendations on what volume and size would suit my face! I felt more than confident in her ability to give my lips the most perfect, natural looking appearance! Not only was it quick, easy and painless, she also helped to calm my nerves and ease my anxiety by talking me through every step of the way! I am so in love and obsessed with the outcome and with the wonderful customer service experience I had with these amazing ladies! I am already looking forward to booking my next appointment and trying out different services at this spa!
