Julio helped me today and was a rockstar. I'm w Tmobile after Verizon, after ATT, after Sprint. I had a Galaxy Note 20 I wanted to unlock to give away and I thought I had it w ATT. It was w Verizon...I felt dumb, but he helped me change out Sim cards to show it was already unlocked. That's service, even if Im not w ATT now due to living in a tower hole (Im still ATT for GB speed fiber to our home). Bottom line--Julio helped the person...not just the customer...and to an old guy like me, that's everything. 5 stars.
My new iPhone was not working, and I was getting the run around by one AT&T store up North and at the Apple store, so I decided to try the AT&T Store in the Domain. One young lady helped me, but went on break while I was filing a claim (first AT&T didn't even tell me I needed to do that). Then, once the claim went through I asked the manager what was the next step. He then had the tech who worked in the back helping me, and let me tell you, Garrett was the nicest young man, he knows his stuff and he fixed my phone without me having to go through the deductible process. I just want to say thank you to Garrett again, and hopefully his managers know what a rockstar they have working for them!
