The absolute best, easiest, friendliest experience I've had in any dealership. No pressure, no back and fourth, no BS. Took a test ride one weekend and called back the following to start the purchase/trade in process. Did 1/2 the paperwork via DocuSign and came in to scoop up the bike a few days later and sign the rest. Thanks Ruben and thanks AF1!

These guys are the best, and always go the extra mile. I went there to talk about getting a Zero motorcycle, and it was a great experience! I worked with Sean M, and we talked about what I was looking for and what all of my options were. It took a lot of thought and I decided on the Zero SR model, and later took it for a short test ride. I was all set to get that one and did some more research and felt that I was not ready for a 500lb bike yet. I found what I was looking for at another dealer in Ft Worth, and that if I had gone with that option, I would have driven to Ft Worth, rented a trailer and drove it home which I would have done if I had to. As turned out right before I was going to reserve the U-Haul, Sean gave me a call and said they just got the exact model I was looking for in their inventory. I was like: SWEET!!!!!!! The fact that they remembered what I was looking for and when they got one in, they called me right away was amazing. These guys really care about their customers. When I went to get the bike it was ready 3 days early, and I asked about it getting delivered, and they were like no problem. So they talked to Elote (I think my spelling is off) and he was more than happy to load it in the van and deliver it right then!!!!! Again: Amazing!!!!! I got home, and he arrived about 20 minutes later with my new motorcycle! Again you guys are all amazing! Thanks so much for making this such an incredible experience!!!!!

Sean helped me find the perfect scooter and was really helpful with walking me through the process of buying it. He also does some sick custom artwork on helmets on the side 😀John the manager was also really nice and the guys in the back stayed late to get my Vespa ready sooner! Would absolutely recommend this business and the staff

I didn't think I could ever say there's a dealership that warms my heart every time I think about them, until I met this team. AF1 is a 6 hour round trip from where I live and I have definitely made the trip over 10 times within the past year for various reasons.

I have shopped accessories with them in the past and that was great, but it wasn't until I brought my Aprilia to them for warranty work that I realized this was a dealership that is second to none.

My new 2021 Aprilia RS 660 constantly had issues and probably over $5000 worth of warranty work to be done. AF1 never had an issue and even went over and beyond to get me taken care of even though I had bought the bike from another dealer. The bike had an issue they had never even seen before but they kept at the job until they could fix it. This issue kept the bike at their dealership for over 3 months in total. Throughout the whole ordeal, Steve, Chas, and the team kept me informed which I really appreciated beyond belief.

The bike was eventually fixed but I decided to trade it in for a different one and I wanted to give my business to AF1 Racing as they have done so much for me over this past year. Sean made the sales process super quick and easy and I came home with a 2021 Aprilia Tuono V4 1100 thanks to the team. Not only did they sell me the bike, they insisted to help me load and strap the bike down in my trailer as well.

The customer service here has always been so pleasant thanks to the team and a dealership like this is incredibly rare to find these days. AF1 Racing will always be my go to place for all Aprilia as each department is so well rounded (service, parts, and sales). This team deserves all the recognition so if you're considering buying a bike, servicing, or purchasing parts, I highly recommend AF1 Racing!
