Sedera

I have been a member of Sedera provided through my employer for several years now! At first, being different from insurance we weren't sure what to expect. The staff did an excellent job explaining how the " shared" group worked with their clients. My personal journey along the way with Sedera has been nothing short of excellent! My biggest "need" from Sedera was sharing in the cost of an explant that was close to 35 years old. The price was a lot of money out of the pocket. Being considered a medical necessity due to a few auto immune disorders as a result of the ruptured implants, I approached Sedera to see if they would consider sharing the cost! After their team reviewed my case they agreed to share the cost which was an answer to my prayer. I have several stories of their "sharing" in my needs on numerous occasions which I feel blessed for ! I thank SEDERA and especially Maddie S. for going to bat for me with my medical needs which I'm trusting will continue to get better and better now that I am TOXIN FREE !!!

Amazing customer service! Really cares about people and not the "bottom line." Have used them for two large sharing needs and the process was amazing. I am only paying $350 per month for a family of 5 rather than $1500 I was quoted on the market place, and the healthcare is 1000% better and easier to use. Out of pocket costs are so minimal. Truly and amazing company!

Signup was easy and very personalized. During the process I spoke with two real-live people, who helped answer questions and get me started. The price is great compared to conventional insurance options. Luckily, I haven't needed any medical attention since signing up, but if it works as it was explained to me, it should continue to be a good deal for a service that's oriented toward people over profits.
